Hollywood Casino Aurora is excited to host a vendor fair, in partnership with the City of Aurora, on Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 1:00pm - 4:00pm.

Join us to discuss how your company can partner with our casino for current and upcoming business opportunities. Learn more about casino purchasing and vendor requirements.

Plan to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your meeting time, to allow time to navigate the parking garage and walk over to the meeting space.
Our parking garage is on the corner of River and Galena (49 W. Galena Blvd. Aurora IL 60506). The entrance to the garage is on the south west corner of Galena Blvd. Once you park, please use the set of elevators that face the river. Take that to the ground floor (1st floor). Once you walk out of the elevators, take a LEFT towards the river. Walk over the bridge and follow that into the casino through two sets of glass double doors. You will see two cars at the end of the hallway. Once you reach them, turn left and go down and up a set of stairs towards the casino floor. Before you reach the security entrance of the casino floor, you will pass a bathroom and then an set of elevators on your left. Take the elevators to the 4th fourth floor to Fairbanks Jr and you will see the check in table for your meeting!
You will receive a parking validation pass after you check in for your meeting. Make sure to keep your parking pass, as you will need both the parking pass and the validating pass to exit the parking garage. 

Kindly bring 2-4 paper copies of your capabilities statement to leave with the department representative you are meeting. You will have time to walk through a summary of your current offerings and strengths and review current/future needs with the respective casino department representative you're meeting with.

Keep attending representatives from your company to no more than 2 people. This meeting time is intended for preliminary conversations to align your company capabilities with our casino business needs.

While you're welcome to provide an indication of pricing during your meeting, the focus of the meeting is to align your company capabilities with our casino needs. Quoting can be provided in follow up conversations. 
You will be in a large banquet room, with long tables along the perimeter for each of the casino departments with business opportunities to review. 
Each department has 15 minute time windows to dedicate to meeting one company at a time.
You can sign up for a meeting time for the corresponding department on Signup Genius. You can navigate to the Signup Genius one of two ways (1) QR code provided on the registration flyer emailed to your company inviting you to the event (2) Click on the link: Register Here

Scroll to the Department and Time Slot of interest and click "Sign Me Up" than click "Save and Continue". This will take you to a new page. Enter your Company Name in the My Comments box. ONLY list quantity of ONE to reflect one company signing up for the meeting. Enter the name and email address of the primary company contact attending. To confirm your meeting time you must click on "Sign Up Now". You will receive a confirmation email from Signup Genius.

Yes - if you signed up for a meeting time, you will receive a meeting reminder two days before the event from Signup Genius.
